Lark has an extensive background in high level training and performance. Her competitive gymnastics career, spanning both elite and collegiate levels, placed her in the company of Olympians like Nastia Liukin and Simone Biles.
Training and competing alongside these renowned athletes provided Lark with invaluable experiences and insights into the highest standards of athletics. The guidance and mentorship she received as an Elite and Collegiate level gymnast from Olympic Level Coaches and NCAA Coaches - from both the SEC and BIG 12 - further enriched her knowledge of training and competing in high stress environments, fostering a deep understanding of elite sport intricacies.
